impossible edit on line for a specific file

this is related to https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/108413# which was closed but unsolved.

Since i do not know if that specific file raises editing bug only for me and that i have no idea why it doesn't work nor where i can submit that bug too to github beside the community, i'm asking again. Am i the only to who it happens.

any other file or repository of mine are no troubles, just a single file (surely because of its content and how it is read by github while editing)

If i have an edit to do to that specific file, i just do it locally then upload it, that is also no trouble and not the point.

But that is a funny bug and could be really annoying for someone else.
