401 When trying to pull from public ghcr.io container registry

Hello, whenever I try to pull images from the ghcr.io container registry, docker states it got a 401:

Using default tag: latest Error response from daemon: Head "https://ghcr.io/v2/github/runner/manifests/latest": denied: denied

This occurs with any image on ghcr.io. Pulls from other container registries work fine. This is the response I get from curl:
