Likely for 2 weeks, my feed is not working correctly, you can find my filter below. It is like caching and never revalidating. I just can see stars of my recently followers.

I'm also experiencing this issue for several months maybe even longer. Only fix I've found is toggling filters randomly until it finally works, which is very annoying cause it just goes back in the next day or two

I am having the same issues in the explore tab.

I am not seeing any releases of starred repositories.
