The explorer told me that the SSL license was not trusted.
This problem consistently appeared in the last month.

Last week I changed the DNS server of my computer from 114.114.114.114 to 4.2.2.2, and then the site can be visited.
But sometimes the problem of SSL still appeared. (Error on the explorer is:The license was not trusted)

Thank you, the certificate for github.io has not changed recently and is still valid.

Unfortunately, the issues you are describing could be limitations imposed by the Great Firewall to Internet traffic originating from China without a VPN. As you have observed, changing your DNS server can help a little.
