Bug: Error when sending a "New email update" to my sponsors

I've tried over the past couple of months to send email updates to my sponsors. However, when I try to send the update, I get a banner error at the top of the screen that reads "Could not save the email update: Sponsors tiers is invalid".

This bug is happening at /sponsors/<user>/dashboard/updates/new.

I've tried every combination of sponsorship tier selections that are available under "Send email to".

This issue has been present since at least July 1, 2024.

This bug is fairly impactful because I'm unable to show my sponsors that their sponsorships are yielding results.
