Issues with the Knowledge-base feature in GitHub Copilot Enterprise

In the Org admin and we recently purchased the Github Copilot Enterprise. When open the Knowledge base I get an error "Failed to load knowledge bases" (screenshot attached).

How to solve this bug?

To resolve the error in GitHub Copilot Enterprise, try these steps:
Check Permissions: Ensure you have the necessary access rights.
Verify Configuration: Confirm that the knowledge base feature is correctly set up.
Clear Cache: Clear your browser's cache and cookies.
Try Another Browser: Access the feature in a different browser or incognito mode.
