Slow connection to github pages using ipv6 protocol

I work with okhttp on android and I noticed that many users were reporting slowness in requests to my github page, investigating I realized that the most important isp in my country is enabling ipv6 and this makes them connect through this protocol when using my applications, the response times are up to 40 seconds which disables some features. I have tried different internet connections, and the result is the same, a slow connection. Does anyone else have the same problem? IPv4 connections are normal.
