I'm a verified student and I have a Github PRO account, but GitHub Copilot isn't working. When I try to access it I'm redirected to a billing page.
I classified it as bug because I saw other people with the same issue.

Try a couple of things first:

1. Go to the copilot student redeem page and see if you can access Copilot there.
2. If the above solution doesn't work try installing the GitHub Copilot extension in your preferred IDE, e.g. VS Code:
   • Install the Copilot extension in VS Code.
   • Log in with your current GitHub account.
   • Copy the 8-digit verification code to the clipboard and paste it into the Device Activation popup window.

If none of the above solutions work, you should contact support by opening a ticket here, select I am a verified student having trouble redeeming my Global Campus offers and explain your issue.
