Search by word functionality per repo does lie

Here an example:
Search for the word "PacketSendPackets" without quotes at repository https://github.com/nmap/npcap can find the function header in Packet32.h but does not find the actuall implementation at https://github.com/nmap/npcap/blob/d16fbe350b0704603b23d3331c99c9cdfc0fe484/packetWin7/Dll/Packet32.cpp#L2070

For whatever reason if your search directly on github.com in all repos, you can find only one other repo with the function implemention at https://github.com/armantc/SoftEtherVPN/blob/2a194204e454dfbca6ba893ea31b8aedc6f34421/src/SeeDll/Packet32.c#L1377 , but this repo was create from scratch.

Please fix that. Maybe is just the cache broken.

@trivalik I looked into this and I believe Packet32.cpp is excluded because it is not valid UTF-8. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we only index UTF-8 content.

Is there any time plan to support searching for non-UTF-8? This problem has been around for 1 and a half years.

@XDYB we have no plans to support non-UTF-8 at this time because it would greatly complicate indexing and matching.
