I have a repository with 16 stars, but Starstruck badge is not showing.

The Starstruck badge is displayed correctly on your profile, sometimes badges may take a while to show up.

The Starstruck which is showing is for a different repository

You're right @sivakumar-mahalingam, now I see that, it's strange because the repo linked to the achievement only has 13 stars, however there could be an explanation for that. The achievement was first unlocked on Jan 17 and at that time I guess the repo had 16 stars, so basically the achievement is tied to that particular repo. Achievements are tied to a particular action, for example Starstruck is tied to your first repo that hit 16 stars.
