Unable to fork: GitHub says that "fork already exists" when it really doesn't exist

I am trying to fork this repository: https://github.com/LostRuins/koboldcpp

GitHub fails to fork it, see SUBJECT.

My repositories don't contain anything that has "kobold" in its name.
