I am using SendGrid for domain authentication to send emails from my authenticated domain email addresses. When I send emails, they appear in the SendGrid inbox, but when users reply to those emails, the replies go directly to the inbox of the email address I used to send the emails (e.g., hello@mydomain.com).
For example:
Sent Email Details:
From: hello@mydomain.com (authenticated domain)
To: recipient@gmail.com
Subject: Test email
Body: This is a test email sent from my authenticated domain.
While I can see the sent email in SendGrid, I want to know if there is a way to view both the sent emails and the replies in one place.
checked the SendGrid dashboard to see if there’s an option to view replies.
