When I run the github action (macos runner), it fails and says: "The job was not started because recent account payments have failed or your spending limit needs to be increased. Please check the 'Billing & plans' section in your settings."
I upgraded to pro (4$) and it didn't charge any money from me debit card. After upgrading the same message appears, and it may be that it will actually upgrade to pro at the next month. But what if i need to run actions right now?
