Redirect to raw file if path contains Cyrillic characters

Hello.
I use mkdocs material (@squidfunk). On each page a link to view the raw file is generated. For eaxample:

1. https://github.com/askurashev/ASKEducationPublic/raw/main-biosphere/index.md
2. https://github.com/askurashev/ASKEducationPublic/raw/main-biosphere/Теория/index.md

When I click on the link, GitHub redirects to:

1. https://raw.githubusercontent.com/askurashev/ASKEducationPublic/main-biosphere/index.md - In this case, the redirection works.
2. https://github.com/askurashev/ASKEducationPublic/raw/main-biosphere/Теория/index.md - In this case, GitHub does not redirect and returns a 404 error.
