Account is suspended and I am not getting any reply from support

On September 9th, 2024, my GitHub account was suspended. At midnight I received an email from that GitHub is going to require 2FA but I do not have to do anything as I already have 2FA enabled my account.

When I tried to access my account in the morning to create a PR, I was logged out and when I tried to log in, it said that my account is suspended due to violation of terms and services.

I have sent a support ticket on the very next day but I haven't received any response from them yet. I have made a new account since then for obvious reasons and raised another ticket from the new account but still no reply from the support. Is there any way to get this issue resolved quickly? The cause of the suspension is unknown. I received no emails and believe I am not doing anything harmful to my knowledge.
