In this repo I'm having an issue with a build, and I don't want to be charged or use up all my minutes

Despite having a green checkmark, it appears that the pages-build-deployment is still running:

Inside the job reveals nothing that shows it is running (or at least as far as I can understand it)

The issues stemmed from having the source of Build and deployment set to a branch instead of a Github Action. Though, a similar repo has the same setting without this issue occurring so that may be a red herring.

Is this actually still running or just a UI issue?
