How can i give full access to my collaborator or just full access to the repository? #139310

The reason you can't give full access or change the role for your collaborator is that this is the standard behavior for personal repositories on GitHub. For personal repositories:
This means collaborators can contribute to the code, but they cannot perform administrative actions like managing other collaborators or deleting the repository. Only you, as the repository owner, have these admin privileges. If you need to grant admin-level access to others, consider:
Organizations let you create teams with different access levels and assign admin rights at both the organization and repository levels. |

Usually there is "Role" dropdown and I can switch from one to other one role for my teammate. Let me know what is wrong with my account. Firstly I thought that it was because my repository is public. After that I changed it to private and I had the same problem. And later I refreshed page and clear a cookie for github and I still have this problem, I just can't give full access for my teammate. Let me know how can i do it.
