The "$ per month" type goal is calculated totally wrong:

If you're referring to the $175, I believe that is a goal set by you. If you'd like to change that, please view our documentation on Managing your sponsorship goal.

I think that it is due to some bugs, but you need to ensure that date-based calculations account for timezone differences.

But there are no timezones here, it's a monthly interval, +- few hours doesn't matter here.

If so, I think it will be a good choice to report this specific bug to GitHub Support, providing screenshots of both the incorrect goal display and the accurate Dashboard figures for a prompt investigation and fix.

I understand how this is supposed to work. What I'm saying is that it's a bug and it's calculated wrong.

Here is what I did:

1. Started with the default goal of "get x sponsors". I've received some sponsorship, say $20 per month.
2. Moved it into "get $x monthly amound". At this point the new goal said $1, even though it should have said $20.
3. From that point on, the new goal is still showing missing amounts.
