I have started to use Hosted Compute Networking with Azure Private Network for GitHub-hosted Runners, and by using this I am looking for API support for

• Creating a Hosted Compute Networking Configuration
  • I can't find any documented API for this under https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/rest/actions?apiVersion=2022-11-28
• Creating a Runner Group with a specified Networking Configuration
  • I have looked in https://docs.github.com/en/enterprise-cloud@latest/rest/actions/self-hosted-runner-groups?apiVersion=2022-11-28 but it looks like this is only returned in the response and not exposed as a parameter

Would love to see this as well - it seems like we can automate/terraform everything here except this part, makes it awkward to adopt this at any scale.
