[BUG] Lost ability to sort dependabot alerts by most recently updated and least recently updated

In the last 2-3 weeks, within Security->Dependabot Alerts, we have lost the ability to sort by recently updated and least recently updated. This was super helpful to find what had been most recently closed. This still exists within Code Scanning Alerts and Secret Scanning.
