News feed updates, like for example a merged PR (image below), show up for a my followers but not me. Is this the intended behavior? My own merged PRs or other updates such as if I star a repo don't show up on my feed. I often do not go revisit a PR after it's been merged so I don't see my friends reacting to the successful merge, I don't even get notifications about their reactions :(
If I made a post on Instagram or Twitter (which is what I assume you are trying to mimic with the feed) I would see my own post or a post I am mentioned in (like the ones you auto generate) and get notified of reactions to it.
Can we get this feature or at least a toggle to enable it in settings?
