I get the error:

Unable to resolve resource vscode-vfs://github%2B7b2276223a312c22726566223a7b2274797065223a352c226964223a226d6173746572227d7d/username/reponame

when trying to open username/reponame in https://github.dev. More specifically, I get the error message whenever I try to click on a file in the file explorer to the left.
