When I fork a repository and create a branch whose source branch (shaedrich/framework@master in our example) is not the default branch (shaedrich/framework@11.x in our example), a few things don't work as expected:

• The branch file overview indicates, it is behind, even though, it's source branch (shaedrich/framework@master) is up to date with its upstream branch (larvel/framework@master)
• When creating a pull request, the upstream repository's default branch (larvel/framework@11.x) is selected as base branch, instead of the source branches upstream equivalent (larvel/framework@master)
