Colors in action status are not coloblind friendly

whenever a job is pending, i shows a color (#9a6700, which is 60.39% red and 40.39% green) which makes it hard to realize if it's an error or pending.

i'm using one of the colorblind themes so this isn't really a good color for this theme

whenever there is an error or a job is stopped it shows a different icon which is helpful, i'd like to see a different icon for waitin / running (mabye something like 👷, 💼 , a play icon, 💤 ,etc)
