Codespace Databases not loading

I'm working on assignments for a Database management class. The assignment links from canvas bring me to Codespace and usually allow me to select from a database on the right side menu. The last chapter I worked on, did not allow me to access any databases and the dropdown for the list to select from stayed on "Loading." It's only happened for this previous chapter but has kept me from being able to turn work in. I get an error message saying to "Select a database" but I literally can't. I've tried restarting the application and sometimes the right side of the screen (showing my tasks and assignment info) doesn't even load. I don't really know how else to troubleshoot it. I've tried it on different computers and that's about it. The other thing is that the terminal is displays this after as the IDE is loading:

So my question is, how do I fix this? I would very much like my submit my answers through codespace as intended. Any help is appreciated.
