Copilot for xcode doesn't work well with voiceover. Suggestions don't get announced by voiceover, and there doesn't seem to be a way to have those suggestions become part of the xcode autocomplete. I don't think there would be a way to integrate copilot quite that deeply, unless I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure it should be doable to have autocomplete suggestions trigger voiceover announcements. I would be willing to definitely help give more feedback on this. Copilot works great in vscode with both voiceover and other screen readers on windows, so this is definitely achievable I think.
