Toggling comment preview with shortcut opens browser's print dialog

When I toggle from Write to Preview mode in an issue description, PR description, or comment using ctrl+shift+p, everything works fine. But when I try to toggle back to Write mode using the same shortcut again, the mode doesn't toggle and instead I see the simple print dialog (the one without a preview). Interestingly enough, I don't face this issue in the Body text box when writing a new discussion.

I'm on Chrome 130.0.6723.116 running on Ubuntu 22.04. I have already tried disabling my Chrome extensions as well.
