GitHub currently supports the ability for users to star topics directly, but the GitHub API (both REST and GraphQL) does not provide a way to retrieve the topics a user has starred. This is a missing feature as it would be valuable for users who want to access and analyze the topics they have shown interest in. It would be greatly appreciated if the API could be updated to support querying a user's starred topics directly.
