Starting a new discussion on vercel/nextjs repository gives me suspension every time. Why?

So i have done this twice now and my account is also suspended twice for same thing and i don't to try it thrice as my account will be suspended again. So i have trying to start a discussion on vercel/nextjs but when i do so means i properly put everything and click on start discussion my discussion is removed and my account is suspended within few seconds of clicking that button so i want to know that why this is happning and i have done it twice only not like i am spaming and also second time i did because first time my account my suspended for doing that.

So anyone know about this can you help me with this issue i really want to put up a discussion there and contribute if my idea is valuable there.
