Bug
Description
I’ve been using GitHub Copilot from VS Code for a while from my work account (enterprise), and now, all the sudden, it doesn't work. I checked my subscription and should be active.
The icon on the bottom of VS Code is shown, sometimes, as ready, but none of it’s shortcuts of features work, other times I receive the warning that I’m login in the wrong account (my private account) and that I must login to the enterprise account to use Copilot.
When I try login to my work account, this is what happens:
In my Github enterprise account settings/aplications/Authorized OAuth Apps I can see that Copilot is not there.
Steps taken
I've tried several suggestions from the two first old issues and the third newer one, including sign in, sign out, reinstall extensions and multiple restarts, but without success:
microsoft/vscode#148055
microsoft/vscode#147104
https://github.com/orgs/community/discussions/140234
Tried also with the VS Code Insiders version and without any extensions but the GitHub Copilot and Copilot Chat with the same result.
