Hi GitHub Community,

I am trying to apply for the GitHub Student Developer Pack using my academic email (520H0678@student.tdtu.edu.vn). However, I received a notification that this email has already been used to obtain the Student Pack under another account (TrungTamTran).

Unfortunately, I am not the owner of that account, and I would like to use my academic email for my own GitHub Student Pack application.

Here are the details of my academic institution:

Institution Name: Ton Duc Thang University, Vietnam
Proof of Enrollment: [Mention if you can provide documents like a student ID or transcript]
Could anyone guide me on how to resolve this issue? Is there any way to disassociate my email from the other account and link it to my GitHub account?
