I work for a telecommunciations company, we have 3 internet upstream in Japan, and we broadcast our own IP address to them.
NTT GIN
Arelion
Softbank
When using our ip address to visit github japan's ip. The roundtrip latency is really high almost 73ms.
After tracert this ip address, we found out the data come back to our network via NTT.
However, NTT GIN do not have a peering relationship with Microsoft, this caused the detour situation, thus the high latency.

To whom it may concern,
Good day.
I work for a telecommunciations company, we have 3 internet upstream in Japan, and we broadcast our own IP address to them.
Can someone kindly check and try to fix this.
Thanks.
