getting 504 when trying to access repository variables. I've added a repository level variable, but I'm getting a 504 (not found) when trying to list it. It doesn't matter if I do it against the api directly or via GH action. The result is the same. I'm following this guide: https://docs.github.com/en/rest/actions/variables?apiVersion=2022-11-28#list-repository-variables
