Search 'kernel' returns 45M code and 0 repo??

Also searching for repos on an organization page yields no results. Example:

I am having the same issue! it seems to be an error in the GitHub search code, and definitely not intended behavior.

In the image above, I did a search, and if you look in the right column the is a 'Provide feedback here' button. My suggestion is you use that to let the GitHub developers know.
