I tried to upgrade my account to a GitHub Education account, as I am a student at the University of Amsterdam. But the website won't allow me to continue and finish the application due to a bug.
I am unable to continue past the page, showed in the attachment. I hope you can fix the bug or allow me to directly apply for the educational package of GitHub.
