Broken Education Benefits Application Process

Hi everyone,

I think it's pretty clear by skimming through all these discussion posts about problems registering for education benefits (unanswered posts) that there are significant issues.

I too had my credible application rejected. Three reasons were stated: lack of MFA (easy fix); lack of a date on the student ID (there's a date on the back side, which I included in the second photo but was not considered); and location off campus (I included a photo of my registration confirmation screen, which was rejected even though I'm in an online program through the University of Washington).

Very poor process! I think GitHub is not interested in equitably serving the education population.
