My student status can't be verified.

Hi everyone,

I tried to renew my student pack but my student status can't be verified. I've tried multiple times but the reply is always:

Please complete your GitHub billing information with your full name exactly as it appears in your academic affiliation document. You do not have to add a payment method. You may need to log out and log back in to GitHub before reapplying. If you have only a single legal name, enter it in both the first and last name fields.
Once you have resolved the issues with your sumbission, visit us again and reapply.

I have already entered my full name exactly as in my student card into the billing information. I have logged out and back in multiple times. I've waited hours and days before reapplying in case there is cache. But GitHub always gave me the same reply.

I've searched but nothing helped.

Maybe there is a bug in your system?
