Today, getting a repo from the API only returns data about Secret Scanning and Dependabot. https://docs.github.com/en/rest/repos/repos?apiVersion=2022-11-28#get-a-repository
GitHub knows when a repo is running CodeQL workflows, even if it's not the default setup. Can that knowledge be added to the API so we can quantify such repos in our tooling?
