Is there a policy or another way to disable the ability to follow a GitHub Organization or a User within a certain GitHub Enterprise? Customer that I'm working with would like to block the ability to use this feature, from user and company privacy reasons.

Other useful inputs:

1. The cx currently does not have their Enterprise EMUed, they do plan a future migration.
2. The cx does not have any public repos and their users are not aiming to support OSS with their org users.

Create internal policies to discourage following and ensure repositories are private to minimize exposure

So we did create an internal policy blocking the ability to create public repos, however, we couldn't find any policy blocking the ability to follow an user or an organization.
