Does GitHub actually answer emails with a live person?

I have a question I need Human attention on as it's a privacy issue not covered under any of the default suggestions they give you when they reply to your email telling you they Don't Read them! I had to email privacy@github to find this out. Is there an email contact form i can use where emails do get read and answered by live people?

The best way to contact GitHub is by opening a ticket on their support page here, select the category you consider most appropriate and explain your issue. Note that they can take a long time to respond, even weeks so be patient. 👍
