Can't use Github Copilot in VSCode.

I have both extensions installed and I'm logged in with my GitHub account where I have my company's Copilot Business subscription.

I apparently have two problems, one is that the Copilot chat icon doesn't appear in the sidebar so I can interact with it and also if I click the sign in to GitHub button in Ask Copilot it does absolutely nothing.

In the logs I see this error but I don't know if it's related:

JsonParseError: Response content-type is text/html; charset=utf-8 (status=403)

Does anyone know how to fix this?
