My private repo (dotfiles) is not pulling/fetching anymore

I have my private dotfiles repo. It worked so well till one day ago. I was trying to pull from a laptop, but the pull remained in pending so I stopped the command. It was not so urgent so I just supposed it was a problem with the network. Today the problem came back with a different laptop and network

So I supposed there was something corrupted with my local repo. I then deleted the repo and tried to clone it again. And then something strange happened. The repo i was trying to clone was too huge (at least 250MB) and it was taking too long. I stopped it cause it was taking too long. If i tried to dowload the zip and unzip it is like 157Kb. I have only 2 branches and around 30 commits on this repo.

To check if the problem is only this repo i tried to clone another private repo of mine and it cloned fast and easy.

So the problem is only this repo.

This is so strange and this repo is my working setup so I'm worried about it. I hope we could find a solution.
I just opened a ticket to the support team.
