Show video subtitles

If I upload a video that has embedded subtitles, the GitHub video player should give users some way to view these subtitles. I even think it should show them by default, especially if the video is muted.

For example, here is a video with subtitles. The subtitles are not shown, and I see no way to enable them.

For comparison, see a Tweet with the same video + subtitles or download the video and view it in Quicktime, where the subtitles are not shown by default but can be turned on.

I agree, I'm sure someone has probably already discovered some work around if it's even possible, but that should be on by default!

Hi @NellyisDevv - thank you for providing this feedback! We wanted to follow up on this reported bug. Is this still an issue you can replicate? If it is resolved, could you please close out this issue? If it is not resolved, could you supply more detailed instructions to reproduce your issue and include screenshots and/or URLs, if applicable. Since there are many ways to embed videos on GitHub, we need some more information to be able to replicate this issue. Thank you!
