I have created a GitHub Package and published it into the npm.pkg.github.com registry, everything is fine here.
I was able to consume this package locally and inside a github action successfully from another repository, howoever I'm trying to do the same with another repository (same organization) but I'm getting a 401 Unauthorized error.
