I cant fetch the List organizations for the authenticated user

When i trying to request the endpoint
List organizations for the authenticated user
on this endpoint /user/orgs
returns an empty array using this method
curl \ -H "Accept: application/vnd.github+json" \ -H "Authorization: Bearer MY_ACCESS_TOKEN"\ -H "X-GitHub-Api-Version: 2022-11-28" \ https://api.github.com/user/orgs

and using Github Apps that i created giving every permissions
the step for reproduce the issue

I successfully retrieve a user Token and use that token following the Identifying and authorizing users for GitHub Apps Guide on web flow section to call the https://api.github.com/user/orgs endpoint.

I get as a result an empty array.

So the questions is:

¿Is it's something wrong on the steps or permissions for calling the endpoint https://api.github.com/user/org?
