There are themes for colour blind people, that basically remove the specific colours from GitHub and replaces them with other colours.
But more people have Anomalous Trichromacy than dichromacy.
Please add themes for Protanomaly, Deuteranomaly, and Tritanomaly, that do not completely remove the colours but reduce them.
