Inconsistent naming of packages with LABEL

We create packages labeled with

LABEL org.opencontainers.image.source https://github.com/ORG/REPO

and tag them with

ghcr.io/ORG/REPO/NAME:latest

On the package overview at https://github.com/orgs/ORG/packages the package is listed as just "NAME".
On the repo overview (in the right menu) at https://github.com/ORG/REPO it's listed as "REPO/NAME".

We expected the name to be more specific on the package overview, not opposite.

Our problem is that we create runner packages for many repos, so on the package overview it's slightly confusing. (You can see a difference when looking at the "Published ... in ..." line.)

(Changed "Topic Area" from "Question" to "Product Feedback", but it didn't change the label.)
