That sounds like some files got damaged when your computer suddenly turned off. I'm afraid the main advice here is "don't do that". Shut down your computer properly if it's running low and you can't charge it. Some operating systems, filesystems, and applications handle these situations better than others, but there's always a risk, especially to data being currently written. Also remember to make backups, disks fail eventually.
I guess mean you mean GitHub Desktop? I'd be curious if using Git instead works, it might if only some GitHub Desktop data got corrupted but the repository itself is fine. |

I am working in laravel project in which this following problem arises:
If my computer turns off due to low battery all thepages which had uncommited changes are replaced with some sort of red colored null. In this situation I am unable to push or pull any changes.When I checked out the Git destop application, it says couldn't locate repository, last found at (my source code path).
This problem occured many times for me and my teammates. Please help me resolve this problem
