Fetch the timestamp when the Github apps was last used by my organization

I wanted to know what are the stale Github apps installed in my organization which are no longer being used, how can I know if the installed apps are not being used anymore so I can safely remove them?
Like getting a last used kind of timestamp.
Is there an API that exists for the same?
