GitHub needs to assign permission to the user id. You'll need to create your own onboarding flow outside of Github and ask users to sign up for a GitHub account: https://docs.github.com/en/get-started/onboarding/getting-started-with-your-github-account |

We need to invite users to a repository, but we don't know if they have github user or what user they have.
Would it be possible to invite them with just their email?
